Nottingham Trent University (NTU)

In 1843, Nottingham Government School of Design was established, which later expanded, merging various institutes and receiving its current name and status – Nottingham Trent University (NTU) in 1992. It is the UK’s 13th largest university. It is a public research university and houses eight academic schools, all of which are accredited by the relevant professional body.

NTU has four beautiful campuses across Nottingham in England, the UK which tends to be one among the students’ priorities.

The City Campus of NTU has Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Business School, School of Architecture, School of Art & Design, Design and the Built Environment, the Centre of Broadcasting and Journalism, and School of Social Sciences. It is also very well equipped with a Boot Library, a Global Lounge, and The Hive, which is the university’s center of entrepreneurship.

The Clifton Campus houses the School of Science and Technology, Nottingham Institute of Education, and the School of Arts and Humanities. It also has a Green Zone, an ISTeC Centre, a sports center, and a pavilion.

Brackenhurst Campus of NTU is the home to the School of Animal, Rural, and Environmental Sciences (ARES), the Veterinary Nursing building, and a hi-tech glasshouse. The Creative Quarter Campus of NTU includes the Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies, the Digital Media Hub, a media production lab, a Television Studio, as well as a screening room.
